It had been a long time before the three year old husky allowed herself to have any kind of fun in the world. Instead, she would just wander around, hunt, or bask in the newly found sun. But today, today was going to be much different. Pulling herself out of the bedding she had made for the nights slumber, the husky quickly gave herself a thorough grooming. Once she was satisfied with the outcome, she did a few simple stretches, then bounded off to her new destination; anywhere. By the time she reached the first interesting place, she spent more time studying what the huge objects could be, before she investigated.
They were much larger than the usual cars she saw on the road, yet they didn't look like airplanes either. They had no set of wheels, so how were they able to get anywhere? Well, it didn't look like they had been anywhere in a long time. Flicking her ears to get a sense of security, the Siberian husky began a brisk pace toward the closest one. Up close, it was even bigger, and the gray dog flinched back a little. It wasn't long before she found her bravery and raised a cautious paw to prod at the metal thing. Some strange brown thing with a crusty feeling made a scratching sound and fell to the ground. It took her a few moments before she realized it was rust. Cocking her head to the side, she brought her paw back to the ground and stared at the object once again.
Eventually, she came to the conclusion it wasn't dangerous and hopped right up inside it. Once she had landed inside, she began sniffing around at anything she could find. It wasn't long before the day seemed to end and she grew bored of her scavenging. Grabbing what appeared to be some kind of blanket or cushion, she dragged it up onto the edge of the weird machine and then curled up on top of it. As the sun began to set, she rested her head on white and gray paws, enjoying the feeling of safety that this strange object had brought her.
